The Knolls at Stony Brook was built in 1981 consisting of 180 ranch style units. Most of the homes have 2 bedrooms, but there are some 1 bedroom units in the community also. There is central air conditioning and electric heat in all the units.The community ammenities include a clubhouse, pool, bocci, shuffleboard, bingo, bridge club, and social events throughout the year. The Knolls is a pet friendly community.
